At Pawrix, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

🐾 Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)

  • Items on clearance or final sale

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Email us with photos for quick resolution
